I find the upward facing dog a vulnerable pose as you have to keep your heart unshielded and open. At the same time, it is a brave pose because you are allowing yourself to be open to accept all the possibilities that life may give you. πŸ’œ

Today’s lifestyle makes it more difficult to do Upward Facing Dog pose. We spend a lot of time on our computers, tablets and phones. We need to be aware when we are and make an effort to depress those shoulders down and bring our shoulder blades toward each other once in a while. Diagram β€œA” is concentrated more on the biceps with minor hits on your back. While diagram β€œB” is focused mainly on the lateral part of your back (to have wider back!)
