TRICEPS OVERHEAD PULLEY PUSHDOWN ON INCLINE BENCH.
Set the incline to about 45 degrees then set the bench in front of the pulley with the bench facing directly away from the pulley. Lie down on the bench, reach back overhead and grasp the handle with an overhand grip, then bring the bar down until your elbows are at your sides and the bar is at upper chest level.

CHEST WORKOUT ON FLOOR VARIATIONS.

The floor press is an upper body movement that allows you to pressmassive weights without undue shoulder stress. Floor presses negate leg drive, creating a pure upper-body push. All the stress is focused on the chest, triceps, and shoulders.

It's also an effective means to increasing you pressing and upper body strength. The movement allows you to handle heavy loads, can target weak links (triceps), and can be done in both hypertrophy or strength based fashions. The application of this movement is key for powerlifters and strength athletes looking to stabilize great loads and often get their hands on supramaximal loads.

KNEELING SINGLE ARM BARBELL LANDMINE OVERHEAD PRESS VARIATIONS.

The landmine is a great alternative. The Kneeling Single-Arm Landmine Overhead Press is an awesome movement that most people can perform safely and pain-free, even if they've had injuries in the past. The arc of the barbell allows you to press up and slightly forward rather than pushing directly over your head.

Place a barbell in a landmine device. If you lack access to a landmine device, place the barbell in the corner of a squat rack and secure it with a heavy dumbbell to prevent it from sliding around.

Get into a half-kneeling stance in front of the barbell.

Hold the barbell at shoulder height in the hand nearest your back leg.

Press up at about 45 degrees.

Lower the barbell back down under control.

The cooler weather really just started rolling in, but I can tell you already that I am feeling it. Last night my hands started getting their winter spots of dryness! Lucking I loaded up with some healing and restorative cream and this morning they are good. (This is obviously not my picture but wanted to give you a visual!) My face is also seeing changes as the season changes.

What are some things we can do to help protect our skin in the season change? If you notice your skin changes you might have to tweak your skin care routine. You could simple add in a nice hydrating serum, or you might consider a thicker moisturizer. Dont forget your body either! At nighttime I use a thicker cream on my body so that it soaks it up during rest! During the daytime I use a thinner cream to help protect it! Remember you skin absorbs 70% of what you put on it! So if it's something you wouldnt want to eat do not use it! Clean products people! Because Skin care really starts on the inside! -
