POR CUANTO TIEMPO DEBO ENTRENAR .
Muchas veces nos preguntamos, si entreno mas obtendre resultados mas rapido? Si hago las rutinas de youtube de 10 minutos al dia obtendre resultados? La respuesta a todas estas preguntas es que depende lo que estes haciendo 🤔
.
Por ejemplo si haces pesas y luego cardio si hara que quemes mas calorias y perderas grasa mas rapido. Pero si piensas que entrenando mas de una hora es bueno estas mal. Ya que si entrenas mas de una hora puede ser que te lesiones o sobre-entrenes 🤯
.
En la otra mano entrenar por solo 10 minutos al dia si quemara algunas calorias pero sera muy poco para perder grasa o estimular ka ganancia muscular 💪
.
El cardio para que sea efectivo si es de solo 20 minutos seria bueno que fuera de alta intensidad como el HIIT. Si lo haces por mas tiempo no tiene que tener tanto intensidad pero recuerda que mucho cardio puede ser malo para la masa muscular👌
.
Para un entrenamiento de pesas 30 minutos te puede dar resultados pero como el cardio tendrias que ser eficiente y no descansar mucho entre series. Si entrenas por una hora puedes descansar mas entre series pero limitalo a menos de 1 minuto 🏋️‍♂️
.
Lo ideal seria 40 minutos de entrenamiento de pesas y luego 15-20 minutos de cardio para de esta forma no sobre entrenar y trabajar tambien en la cardiovascularidad que es importante ❤

Seated hamstring curls: pyramid set 10 x 4-20 reps
Lying hamstring curls: 5 x 12 reps medium
Standing hamstring curls: 5 x 10 reps med

Quad extensions: pyramid set with static holds on extension for 3 seconds. 8 x 8-25 reps
.
Front squat: 4 x 8 reps heavy
.
Leg press: 40kg increase per set. 8 x 6-25 reps
.
Superset: walking lunges with 35kg barbell combined with weighted sissy squats to failure x 3

Ignore the negative buzz around you. Everybody loves you when you’re trying, but far fewer do when you actually succeed. Fortunately I’m a nice guy 😊 so those people are few and far between for myself. From my observations though, I can ascertain that people will dislike you for one of three reasons; they see you as a threat, they hate themselves or they want to be you. So don’t take it on board. There’s only one you, strive to be your best you. Work your ass off, put in the hard yards and if you deserve it, life will reward you.

One of the best tips I have ever received is to always take a rest! Depending on your rep range (higher the reps less rest needed and vice versa) and each day (each muscle needs at least 24hrs to recover). #TipTuesday
