With temperature dropping slightly and signs of autumn in other parts of the world, I’ve been feeling nostalgic about our Apple picking days and annual visit to fruit farms, where we came back with truck load of berries and brimmed on ideas! .
With that memories in mind, a pot of onions were caramelised gently into sweet concoction along with apples, prunes, raisins, peppers and a few other secret ingredients (😜) to make this caramelised onion and Apple chutney.
They are perfect for the cheese board or with crackers. Or as homemade gift. Have u made chutneys before ? And if so, what’s your favourite flavour ?
