But 3 days a week I’m SUPPOSE to rest and stretch. Not only is that amazing for my busy nursing school schedule, but it’s great for the old dancer inside of me 💃🏻 Something many of you probably don’t know is that I danced up until I left for college. I loved it. I felt home in a studio. Trust me I was never going pro with it 😂, but my adult ballet class gave me so much joy. I can’t wait to get back to that some day soon! But lemme tell ya about the lack of flexibility I have after stopping dance 😂. I’m glad everyone workout ends with a stretch, but I’m someone who could stretch for an hour.
So when foam rolling was introduced into my life everything changed 😂. I had never felt such pain, good pain! It helps relax my muscles and work out kinks. So today’s question- do you foam roll?!
