When I see the intro for this workout, thought Really, six moves for each body parts and skipping between, that’s it? HaHa 🤣, nope, there is a twist which is after each round, 10 reps for each moves, so Time +Reps🙄. So sweaty need hat on, used to wear sweat band, since I tried Lisa’s idea with cap 🧢 , absolutely love it, first no sweat 💦 dripping down of my face, second I found when I squat, keep my head inline with my spine, works really well.
