So, about this Holiday Coconut + Blueberry Chia Pudding… my favorite combo yet 😍 I swear the most flavorful and colorful ingredient. I just can’t get enough when I make it for a snack, breakfast or dessert with a little dark chocolate on top 😎🍫 Such an easy, healthy & delish recipe. Try it out!
Chia Pudding
• 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or any nut milk)
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 2 tbsp hemp seeds
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
• 1 cup BLOOBS (I recommend frozen, but slightly defrosted.)
• 3 tbsp cacao nibs
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥣Instructions: In a large jar, pour in nut milk then add chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥄Stir thoroughly until well combined. Cover and store in fridge for 2+ hours or overnight to soak. *Will last for up to 3-4 days, fresh in the refrigerator. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤤Once chia pudding has thickened, separate toppings into two different jars for two servings, starting with blueberries on the bottom, then chia pudding, then cacao nibs and coconut on top. Enjoy!💫

Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Pumpkin Smoothie 🍰 226g of low fat cottage cheese ( I use @lactaid Lactose Free) 🍰 50g pumpkin purée 🍰 4g sugar free @jello Cheesecake flavored pudding mix 🍰 1TLBS of @nestle Coffee Mate Pumpkin Spice Creamer 🍰 1/4 cup (2oz) of almond milk. .
I Put all ingredients in my @thenutribullet until smooth, pour and drink. .
