Following my recent theme of testing certain lifts and movements under fatigue, I jumped in the Form Fitness class this PM to test deadlift when knackered😂. I managed to build to 180Kg for the two reps in the time, which I’m pretty happy with given the bike/row made lifting a lot harder.
Finished with 30min steady assault bike to get the blood flowing.
When one of your team members crushed her goals during the night, you do a happy dance all over your kitchen!! It makes my heart happy to see woman be successful!! Today is an amazing day already!! Whoohooo!
