So, Kat and I are on diets. She is getting tons of excersize at school. We weighed at the beginning of this month. I'm not going to say our weights though! Not yet 😊.. anyway, we started our diets this week. Kat has lost 10 pounds 🎉in 20 days yall!💖 I've lost 4. I'm very excited. .
We are mixing different things in and counting the nutritional values and calories. Kat has an Atkins Coffee shake In the morning or a nutrisystem breakfast bar. She takes a snack from a diet program to eat during her first break. Her lunch is a balanced meal. She has fruit and peanutbutter for afternoon snack. Then a nutrisystem meal with a veggie side and a healthy bread finished off with a last snack at night. I'm mixing Special K, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit for lunch and breakfast. Then 100 calorie snack packs for my snacks. We have fast food on Wed and 1 cheat desert on the weekend. It's really not hard and it's yummy. Just gotta keep it up. .
She is always beautiful to me but it's starting to show on her and that's so cool...ugh I need to exercise...I should swim.. but I'm nervous to go by myself. Maybe go walk around the store everyday 😍
