Mike had friends in town this weekend so of course we went out to eat and had yummy dinner cheese plates and I had wine and margaritas🍹...but having alcohol and cheese 3 days in a row... RIP TO MY STOMACH. Now I feel like a block of cheese! 🧀 now don’t get me wrong, I love everything we did, ate, and what I drank; however, drinking one to two days a week is my max limit lol.
So! I am starting my Monday off clean and fresh with a 50min workout with 30min legz with dumbbells and body weight, 10min HIIT on the stair stepper, and ten minutes jump rope HIIT 🍑 and it’s a teacher work day so I got to go join the 7am workout club this morning instead of 4am?! What a #blessing 🌞
One more babble is about my goals for this week! I’m continuing to make my own nut bars bc they’re just too good, but I’m going to try a whole week without oatmeal 😱 as much as I love it I do need to try a lower carb snack at night time bc I hate feeling heavy throughout the night. Wish me luck lol!
