🍃IRON DEFICIENCY🍊

Lately I noticed that I was more fatigued, had headaches, and felt out of breath when walking up hills (more so than usual 😂). I was most likely iron deficient as I've been a bit slack with iron in my diet lately...and I don't take iron supplements. So as well as remembering to eat lean red meat every couple weeks, I've been eating my dark leafy greens followed by foods rich in vitamin C which boosts the absorption of iron from plant sources. Iron from animal sources is more easily absorbed and doesn't require vitamin C. Today I had some silverbeet and mandarins! 🍊🍃

Low calorie-high Protein-Eis - hierfür einfach nur Tiefkühlfrüchte, mit Proteinpulver, Milch, etwas Xanthan Gum und etwas Wasser vermixen, am besten ist hierfür ein Mixer mit Smoothie-Funktion. - 60g 3Bears Porridge „Zimtiger Apfel“ 🍎 - 1 Teelöffel Backpulver - 1 Prise Salz
- 200ml Mandelmilch 🥛 - 1 kleine reife Banane 🍌 - 1 Teelöffel Apfelessig
