Our November client of the month can overhead press 25 lbs with a smile on her face, deadlift 115 lbs without hesitation and crush out a perfect form 12 kg Turkish getup! It wasn't an easy road for this little beauty in the beginning but once we got our training routine solidified, cut out the processed foods and worked on positive daily habits there was no turning back. 🤗💗
Chelsea always shows up early for training and ready to go! She has focused on increasing her strength, improving her posture, focusing on nutrition and making training a priority - so much so that she now adds two All Day Fit classes a week to her workout routine. GET. IT. GIRL. 💪🏽
