Still here and still very pregnant, 40 weeks and 4 days to be exact, but who’s counting?! 🙄 Doing my best to keep cool in this heat with a yoghurt bowl made with @fage greek yoghurt and topped with all the fruit 👉 strawberries, blueberries, melon, kiwi, and chopped medjool dates. Super simple and the perfect recovery dish after locking myself out of the house this morning. 🤦🏻♀️
Recently I was asked just HOW MUCH matcha you should use in a 12-14 oz serving. It’s actually not a lot. One serving of matcha is 1/2-1 tsp. If your feeling like you need a little extra caffeine or morning pick-me-up feel free to use the 1 tsp serving.
Lately I’ve been opting for cold brew coffee since it’s been sweltering. This week though I’m going to be making an iced matcha and can’t wait to share how I do it!
1 tsp of matcha contains lots of antioxidants and great for giving you a slow release of caffeine. One serving of matcha contains approximately 30-35 mg of caffeine which is the equivalent of a half cup of coffee.
