He said all I needed to for today’s workout was my agility markers, water, a towel, and the greatness that lies within me.
At first I didn’t know If I was going to be able to find that greatness anywhere today… 🤤😴But a few minutes after my pre-workout drink, jumping right in and listening to my trainers inspiration & encouragement I found it! And 30 minutes later I was done & already in the shower.

We all make mistakes and it’s perfectly OK to enjoy yourself. The worst thing you can do say “I give up” & throw all your work out the window.
