October Harvest! ☘🌱🌶🍅🥕🌿.
Weather around here has been averaging 75, so my little garden is still growing. Awee! .
So greatdul for all of these vegetables, and the great times spent with friends and family at my little garden--really! .
I often get asked, what type of vegetables should I grow?
I say grow what you consume the most. Ok, not if you eat a lot of squash. 👀Those will take over your entire property, but you get the idea. .
When I first started growing a garden, I grew eggplant because it was easy to grow and well..I like eggplant parmesan (That's it 🤫). So when I got tons of it, I didnt know what to do with it. Soo...luckily I gave it away. .
After that I carefully planned and learned how to grow red onions and other "hard to grow" veggies, herbs (I like) etc...which I know last a long time, and that my family and I will absolutely eat. .
I am leaving my kale and some broccoli, squash that's growing. I'll take a little video this week when I head over during the afternoon and show you the progress of the broccoli 🤗.
.PS: Dont forget to eat seasonal foods, they are cheaper an your microbiome will be happy. How? Listen to my podcast with Dr. Doiullard and find out. (healyounaturally.com (SEARCH:Podcasts) 😉
