DAY 1 | Want to get bikini body ready? My first tip is to get active! 💪🏼 Whether it’s running, playing a sport or going for a hike — the main thing is that you’re getting moving. Aim to consciously and intentionally reduce sedentary activities such as watching Tv. Get moving and add extra steps to your day! 🏃🏽♀️ You should be aiming you for a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise in a week — which is about 30 to 40 min of moderate activity 4 times a week.

👯♀️ Get your friends involved, it makes it more fun and less of a task!
💪🏼 Lift weights (after you’ve warmed up correctly) for a little strength training.
🌿 Variety in your exercise is key to getting toned. Try doing a few classes at the gym like pilates or yoga.
