10 x 3 Squats
10 x 3 Deadlifts
Superset A:
10 x 3 Inclined Dumbbell Chest Press
10 x 3 Bent Over Butterfly
Superset B:
10 x 3 Upright Row

- No rests in between sets to keep the heart rate up
- You may scale these exercises up or down (weight, reps and rests) to match your personal level of difficulty

So tonight is a late ass post.😂

This is one variation of my last meal also my POST workout meal.

Usually I have some form of meat (chicken/turkey) instead of the protein shake but tonight it was late and I went for simplicity.

This post is just to say that by making simple food choices rather than complex meals will make sticking to a diet/structure so much easier.

Yes when I’m in a routine I eat the same foods everyday, some people may think this is too much but trust me it saves so much time and hassle!

So when YOU are approaching your food selections remember to take into account just how much time your going to spend preparing meals, instead go for simple foods that you enjoy, that’s what will make your diet so much more sustainable.

Ok so dinner tonight was a 12/10 so I figured I’d share with you guys the details (super easy for a student and budget friendly✅). Enjoy and have a good week ❤️

❄️1 salmon fillet seasoned with lemon juice, dill and pink Himalayan salt - cooked at 400 for 25 minutes (might be more or less depending on thickness of your fillet).
❄️1/2 cup brown rice.
❄️Frozen mixed vegetables cooked in a small amount of vegetable oil.
❄️Frozen kale added in after other vegetables were cooked (to prevent kale from getting mushy).
❄️Place in a bowl and top with yogurt tzatziki sauze (this is KEY)!!!!

And at one point I was so lost in my head that the skinnier I got, the more I wanted to see my bones. Sad, but true. It breaks my heart to think about it now and I look back at this girl I was 2 years ago and just see an empty shell. That is what I became until I decided to fight the voices in my head. Heal. Grieve. Scream. You name it, I went through it, but I ROSE and you can too. 🖤

It’s Thiccmas timeeeeee... lol jk anyways here’s a little outdoor at home workout for you all hope you enjoy it!!! Also, I just wanted to point this out I did notice I gained a little bit of unwanted weight recently but that’s totally okay! I know my body and I definitely fluctuate very easily which I don’t mind. But this video opened my eyes. One thing I struggle with is eating food in moderation and correct portion sizes because ur girl LOVES FOOD!! I mean who doesn’t?? Like give me all da carbs always 😂😅 regardless, I do know it’s something I need to work on and after making this I’m going to try very hard to start doing so. Excited to see what the future holds for me and hopefully with no more junk food and eating in moderation I will start seeing results once again 😌 •
