Ok so dinner tonight was a 12/10 so I figured I’d share with you guys the details (super easy for a student and budget friendly✅). Enjoy and have a good week ❤️
❄️1 salmon fillet seasoned with lemon juice, dill and pink Himalayan salt - cooked at 400 for 25 minutes (might be more or less depending on thickness of your fillet).
❄️1/2 cup brown rice.
❄️Frozen mixed vegetables cooked in a small amount of vegetable oil.
❄️Frozen kale added in after other vegetables were cooked (to prevent kale from getting mushy).
❄️Place in a bowl and top with yogurt tzatziki sauze (this is KEY)!!!!
