I’ve been taking my time gettin back on my grind, but WOW does it feel good to be lifting again 😍 when I fall off track, my favorite way to ease back in is to focus on feeling good. No feeling guilty, no trying to make up for lost time, just FEELIN GOOD. Yesterday that meant going for a long run, today that meant picking some of my favorite upper body exercises, keeping the rep ranges low, and just seeing what these muscles are made of.
