Autumn's come back around again, and today marks the one year anniversary of me arriving to Japan. Looking back, I can't believe how fast the year has gone and how things have progressed since the beginning.
Many people ask me why did I come here and one of the biggest reasons was because I just wanted to take photos of this beautiful country. But recently I haven't been able to take any photos because I've found other reasons as to why I enjoy being in this country so much. My students, the people I work with, and the friends I've made, have made this year go by so so quick and I've made so many memories already.
It's been a fun but sometimes challenging journey so far, but it's those challenges that really make you evolve as a person. But those challenges are easily overcome by the overwhelming support I get from the people here in Japan, as well as the people back home in the UK. So far that, I'm super grateful for making this one year alone the best it could be. From this point on, I can only hope it gets even better, lets get itttt 🍁 #japan #komorebi ・
