Good morning friends! Rise and shine, Stockholm is getting colder by the minute! Fall is here and it’s just the prelude of winter! I’ve been away, doing lots of things at the same time, but today I woke up determined to continue the journey. Today I celebrate that I have -33 pounds compared to July 2017 and that is awesome! It’s been slow, gradual, not that visible for others but I’ve seen the changes and most importantly I FEEL the changes! When I came to Stockholm I couldn’t walk more than 15 minutes without complaining about the distance or my foot...today all that changed, I love to walk around, I can do it for hours and I enjoy it (even when my right ankle is not 100% back). I also feel energized, I sleep much more and overall speaking I feel healthier. Long way to go, true! But this is an ongoing journey and I’m glad I took this path. This week I weighted -6 vs July 2018 when I got back from holidays and I am surprised. Have lots to do now, will start with a walk around the neighborhood, followed by a healthy breakfast and then will fix the apartment (still a lot to do after moving in)! Remember acknowledge every achievement, every effort, every step! Our journeys are exclusively ours, none is the same, so celebrate and move, don’t stop!
