For the next 90 days I've made a commitment to myself & my business. I've got a big goal I'm running towards but I can only reach that goal if in the process I work on myself.
Since summer holidays I've let myself go abit, not cared what I've eat not exercising and generally just being in a slump, which has resulted in gaining bit of weight I'm bigger now than what I was after I had Reggie 🙊 personally for myself I've become lazy!
I know I feel 100s better when I'm exercising, it's a known fact that everyone does feel better when there working out daily.
I've tried different eating plans which due to finding out I've a few intolerances to certain foods I wasn't able to continue which I was gutted about!! I'm going to go back to what worked for me years ago & even though its a different eating plan by name its still very similar to how it works.
Me and a friend of mine are going to start slimming world this week, I'm excited to try it and hopefully it works well for me & doing it with a friend we can help motivate each other.
I've done my first workout today in months, I'm knackered which I new I'd find hard but doing but 1 work out isn't going to change anything it's the commitment you make to yourself to get to the goal you've set.
I'll keep you all updated with my progress and by christmas hopefully I won't look like an extra pudding around the table 😂
