Listen, I am A LOT like most of you. 😉I am a Mom and I am busy.
As a mom, we have a list of job titles and duties a mile long.
When mom disappears or god forbid gets sick ALL things fall apart.
You may feel like you don't have time to work on or take care of yourself but in order to be the best mom you can be and to set a good example for your kids and family it is SO important for you to have a little "me" time.
It's really not about having time. It is about making time. I used the "I don't have time" excuse for years!!! But when I hit rock bottom I learned to manage my time better in order to make room for some new healthy habits.
Whether it's getting up 30 minutes earlier than normal, watching 1 or 2 less TV shows, or going to bed 30 minutes late. You can squeeze in some healthy me time into your routine that I promise you will thank me for!
