Sunday’s are such an important day when it comes to setting yourselves up for the week. It’s a day to get things done, get organized and get ready for the week ahead. Here’s some hot tips on how to make the most of on your Sunday and prep for the week ahead -
➡️ Write down your meals for the week and list all ingredients needed. Once you’ve done that, head to the shops and buy everything you need for the week to come.
➡️ MEAL PREP. Ever heard “failing to plan is planning to fail?” This rings so true when it comes to meal prep. You are much less likely to munch on offices snacks if you have prepped all your snacks and lunch yourself.
➡️ Gratitude diary. This is something that can be written in daily but may be something you want to do on a Sunday evening as a time to reflect on your week. What went well/ what did you enjoy/ what are your grateful for? Writing is a great way to build on a positive mind and grow from any negatives too!
➡️ Weekly goals. Every Sunday write a goal you want to achieve for the next week. It can be as simple as “I want to go to the gym X amount of times this week” or “I want to get up early and go for a walk before work”. Giving yourself a goal gives you something to aim for and makes you more likely to get out and do it.
