A quick but scrummy breakfast this morning before I’ve got a class at 7 and it’s been a while since I’ve studied 😬. I’m a little nervous tbh! These PBJ Overnight Oats definitely made getting up early a lot easier this morning! Delicious using @manilife_ smooth peanut butter to make the PB overnight oats and raspberries for a healthier Jam topping🤤
Details: 0.75 cup oats // 1 tbsp ground flaxseed // 0.33 cup soya Greek yogurt // 0.75 cup soya milk (+ an extra splash) // optional 1 scoop unflavoured rice protein powder // a 30g portion pack of peanut butter (warmed first so it’d mix with the milk) // topped with mashed raspberries sweetened with a little maple syrup.
