Das Essen immer schön hochstapeln 😁

Ich hab mal wieder für die nächsten zwei Tage mein Essen fertig gemacht, da es mir nach der Arbeit zu stressig wird, wenn ich noch zum Sport gehe.
Der Magerquark fehlt allerdings noch auf den Bildern, die Tage werde ich mal versuchen daraus einen leckeren Kuchen zu backen 🤔.

🤔Need some fresh ideas?? On Wednesday mornings I teach a Cardio Strength class and it’s a great way to pack in some HIIT training👍🏼Each circuit includes one cardio based movement🏃🏼‍♀️ (ex. Jumping jacks, squat jumps, mountain climbers) and one strength exercise💪🏼 (ex. Bicep curls, shoulder raises, tricep kickbacks). Start by alternating them in 30 seconds intervals with a short rest in between each set. Repeat this for a total of 4X‼️ Choose new exercises for each circuit and create a total of 5-6 different combinations!! Your heart rate ❤️ really gets pumping and it’s perfect if you’re looking to switch up your routine a bit! Try it out and let me know what you think! 👌🏼
