"WHAT I EAT IN A DAY" ADDICTION.🤔 __________ Just a quick post cause I get asked very often "how many calories do you eat ?" ," what are your macros" , "can you make a post about what you eat in a day?" etc. Made me realised how ADDICTED I used to be to YT videos like " What I eat to stay Fit" , " What I eat in a day to be healthy " 🤔. And receiving questions like this makes me feel like i'm not the only one 😂. Took me a bit of time to realise it's completely pointless to compare myself to anyone online. We are all different and we all have different needs when comes to food and calories. ❌I'm not a tall girl living somewhere cool like Bali or Hawaii,training everyday cause it's basically my job to look fit,I'm not a bodybuilder, not a fitness trainer... So knowing that a certain girl out there can eat 2100 kcal/day and be super fit and happy won't help you.Cause you're not her, you're you.And a YT video about what you eat in a certain day is not necessarily what you eat on a daily basis.Remember this🙏. _________ Ps : gym outfit by @undizfamily 😌.
