Quick Sunday Cardio. Who said cardio had to be boring and long? I did 5 rounds of 1 min. jump rope, 20 Hammer slams, 1min. Battle ropes and 20 swings with 45lb kettlebell, all under 25 minutes. 💪😎

Hackenschmidt is often credited as being one of the first strength athletes to popularize both the Bench Press & the Hack Squat.

In 1898, Hackenschmidt broke strength pioneer Eugen Sandow's one-handed press world record with a 122.5kg press.

Bench has been pretty stagnant lately, and although we're not necessarily focusing on increasing strength rn, this has been frustrating nonetheless. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Progression on bench has always been slow, likely due to 1 we always seem to be in some sort of a deficit (not optimal for #gainz) and 2 we're females, and from our experience, bench gains are the 1st to go on a cut, & the slowest to come back... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So even though weight is still not quite where it used to be, this is absolutely a PR @ our current body weights, & we takin' it. #LITTLEWINS 4 #LITTLETITTES. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Had an absolutely INSANE training session today! I don’t know if it was because I ate extra yesterday or slept so good because yesterday wore me out but either way, I was absolutely feeling it today😈

Hit 180 for AMRAP and got 6 after hitting in the rack which was kind of disappointing because I wanted 8 and probably could’ve got it had it not happened but either way I’ll take it since it was a PR 💪🏼 Here are some Dumbell rows im starting to do these instead of machine rows as I feel it more in my lats ✈️ Heavy squats tomorrow so I’m gonna eat up and keep working 🤟🏻

I want to congratulate @asanchez7699 and @frxncell for doing a great!! job! today at the Bench Press USA 👌💪💪. Both of them have improved alot in their lifts! In only 3 months They always show up! Work hard and they stay consistent to the training. Thanks to @thebenchdaddy for coming down to the Valley and Hosting a great meet! For Sure I'll be competing in it next time 😎
