SOUPS 🍲 I grew up with them. In our culture we eat soups every day. Our preference goes to clear soups with pieces of ingredients, for example zeama is clear chicken soup with veggies and chicken, borsh is with cabbage and meat. Only in my adulthood I tried creamy soups and I have to say I love them. One of my favorite is the tomatoes soup. One of the best ones I had in Dubai is at @thecyclebistro . Btw, soups are like salads packed with nutrients, fibre and fluids. They are wonderful for a good digestion. How often do you eat soups?

Cherry Banana Smoothie

Servings: 2 Smoothies

Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
1 cup almond milk
3 cubes of ice
whipped cream for topping

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Puree until smooth and there are no more chunks.
Pour smoothie into a cute little glass.
Top with whipped cream.
Place a cherry on top and stick a straw in it!
Drink before it melts!

MỖI NGÀY 1 MÓN 😋

Sáng nay, sau khi thức dậy, anh thường ra hiên hít thở 3,4 cái thật sâu để thay khí trời sớm mát mẻ vào lồng ngực, kịp nghe tiếng chim hót trước khi người đổ ra đường. Ui, đã gì đâu!
Xong, anh đứng lặng, giữ nhịp thở bình thường, mắt nhắm và anh thiền đứng. Lúc thiền, có một ý nghĩ bảo anh: "Hôm nay tôi sẽ sáng tạo", tuy chả biết sẽ sáng tạo gì 😂

Tập yoga, viết nhật ký biết ơn xong, anh định mở máy ra làm việc thì đứng phắt dậy, đến tủ lạnh, lấy ra các nguyên liệu nấu ăn mình còn trong tủ lạnh: 1 quả cà chua, 1 ít nấm, 1 ít rong biển, 1 nửa củ hành tây, 2 trái trứng, và 1 nhúm rau mầm.
Làm gì giờ nhỉ?
À, anh tráng trứng: để lửa lim rim để ko bị cháy mặt, rắc lên xíu tiêu, muối biển và xíu quế. Má ơi, nó dậy mùi nhức mũi 😋

Xong anh thái lựu cà chua và hành tây, đảo nhanh với tỏi để ko quá chín, ko mất enzyme. Tắt lửa anh đảo chung rau mầm và xíu dầu olive.
Để trứng lên đĩa, đổ rau lên. Đẹp ghia!
Còn rong biển, đậu hũ và nấm, anh nấu 1 chén canh rong biển.
Xong trong 10p ;)) Sáng nay anh không xay Super Breakfast như mọi ngày, nay anh đổi vị hihi. Nấu ăn không cần cầu kỳ, chỉ cần 1 số nguyên liệu cơ bản là chúng ta có thể "chế" ra 8 chục món khác nhau rồi ;) Bữa sáng nay ngon và bổ quá nơi!
Anh không phải đầu bếp gì, chỉ biết "chế" theo các nguyên lý ăn uống thực dưỡng. Mong sớm đến ngày để chỉ cho Batch 1 Health & Wellness coaching của anh nấu vài món cơ bản cho những ngày bận rôn.

Глава Китайской Народной Республики🇨🇳 Си Цзиньпинь 🎎 и его любимый суп из говядины с клецками🍜

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: 🔶Филе говядины - 600–700 г 🔶Картофель - 500 г
🔶Болгарский перец - 350 г 🔶Лук - 200 г 🔶Морковь - 200 г 🔶Лавровый лист
🔶Растительное масло
🔶Соль
🔶Перец черный - 5–6 горошин
клецки:
🔶Яйцо - 1 шт.
🔶Молоко - 50 мл 🔶Мука (около 5 столовых ложек с верхом)

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ :🍽 🔴1. Мясо нарезать кубиками.
Варить в течение 1 часа, периодически убирая накипь.
🔴2. Лук мелко нарезать.
🔴3. Морковь натереть на средней терке.
🔴4. Перец очистить от семян, нарезать соломкой.
🔴5. Картофель нарезать кубиками или брусочками.
🔴6.Лук обжарить на растительном масле. Добавить морковь, обжарить.
🔴7. Яйцо немного взбить. Добавить молоко, перемешать. Добавить муку, немного посолить, перемешать. 🔴8. Тесто на клецки должно быть не жидким, но и не густым.
🔴9. В бульон добавить картофель, посолить. Следом добавить перец, варить 5 минут. Добавить лук и морковь, довести до кипения.
🔴10. Чайной ложечкой набирать тесто и опускать в кипящий бульон. 
Клецки при варке разбухнут, поэтому сильно большими их делать не надо. 
Я набираю ½ ч.л. теста.
🔴11. Добавить перец, лавровый лист.
Варить 5–7 минут. При необходимости досолить. Приятного аппетита!

Avocado brownies 😍🥑🍫😍 I used @one_hungry_bunny 's recipe and it is to die for. These are the brownies to make for all the chocolate lovers in your life. I didn't have a goal to try to make "healthy" brownies just to use up my last two avocados from @imperfectproduce before they went bad🙊 I topped them with a milk chocolate fudgy frosting and sparkly star sprinkles to give them that "galaxy" feel. My cohort gobbled them up so fast I think they maybe the new "best thing" I've brought to class. .

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Prep Time 10 mins
Total Time 10 mins
Servings: 36 squares

Ingredients
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz)
1 cup peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

Instructions
Prepare an 8 by 8 pan with aluminum foil. Spray with baking spray.
In a microwave safe container, combine the peanut butter and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on half power for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
In a second microwave safe container, combine the chocolate chips and the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Pour or scoop out the peanut butter mixture on top. Spread evenly. Take a knife, spray it with baking spray, then run it through the two layers to combine, creating swirls.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve. Store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
Recipe Notes
I used smooth peanut butter, but you could also use chunky peanut butter to add texture.
Dark chocolate would be wonderful, too! Use any type of chocolate chips that you’d like.

Hi, guys! New recipe for you!🤗 Easy Chicken and Potato Casserole Recipe

This recipe is a wonderful combination of baked potatoes with tender chicken, onions, flavored garlic, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your taste. You can replace ground chicken with turkey, beef or pork, or make a mix of the ground meat. Also, you can play with seasonings and herbs, changing them to your taste.
This casserole is an excellent choice for the everyday meal, Sunday dinner, or any special family meal.

prep: 20 mins
cook: 1 hour 30 mins
total: 1 hour 50 mins
yield: 9x13 inch casserole dish

INGREDIENTS

6-8 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
500 grams boneless chicken thighs, ground
1 white or yellow onion, peeled and thinly sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1+1/4 cups (300 grams) sour cream
1/2 cup cream
20 grams butter
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

PREPARATION
1. Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper. You can also add 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with butter. Put 1/2 of the sliced potatoes in an even layer on the bottom of the casserole. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Place one sliced onion on the layer of the potatoes. You can also sprinkle the potatoes with minced garlic.Spread a layer of seasoned chicken over the potato.And cover this layer with the remaining potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste. ⬇

5 ingredient dinner🍽 For those nights you just can’t be bothered! 😅😅

300g quorn mince
1 1/2 cups corn kernels
2 handfuls baby spinach, finely chopped
1x microwave packet 250g rice & quinoa
4 tbsp soy sauce

Heat a pan add a splash of olive oil and cook quorn mince. Meanwhile heat rice in microwave. Add spinach and corn to pan with mince, stir, add in rice and finish off with soy sauce. Once all cooked, serve warm! Enjoy mamas❤️😘 #feedingyourtribe

Zugegeben, es ist nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbar 😋 aber das ist hier mega leckerer Milchreis, mit für mich idealen werten, er ist auch recht schnell gemacht: •50g Milchreis •100 ml Milch (bei mir Soja) •150ml Wasser •10g Whey nach Wahl, bei mir Zimt-Zucker •150g Körniger Frischkäse
Einfach den Milchreis mit Milch und 50ml Wasser kochen, wenn er weicher wird das restliche Wasser und das Whey untermischen und kochen lassen, bis der Reis weich ist. Zum Schluss umfüllen und den Frischkäse unterrühren, dann auskühlen lassen oder über Nacht in den Kühlschrank. Gesüßt habe ich mit Erythrit.

Man kann natürlich auch nur Milch oder Wasser verwenden, je nach Geschmack. Und den Zimt natürlich nicht vergessen 😏
