When I was little every Wednesday was fish night and I remember being all 🤮🤢😷 about it. Now I’m like “can every night be fish night...?” Trying new foods, or foods I didn’t like when I was little, was taken away from me for so many years because I was afraid of “wasting calories”.....there’s no such thing. Try it, don’t like it? moveeeee on! What you end up liking might just surprise you, like the fact that I cannot get enough of fish 🐟 and even like ANCHOVIES. When I was in Scotland I tried Haggis and while I will never allow haggis to pass through my lips ever again, i tried it! Food is fun, especially finding ones you never knew you’d love.....or like Haggis, never knew you despised 🤣
Deets: Salmon fish 🐟 tacos in @sietefoods cassava flour tortillas 🌮 with sautéed kale 🍃 & mushrooms 🍄 topped with a little salsa 🍅 & siete queso 🧀 For the salmon I just covered it in olive oil and @traderjoes chili lime seasoning, threw it in the air fryer the night before on 350 for 10-12 minutes and reheated yesterday in the skillet with the veggies! Easy peasy and super delish.
