Ramen shop in home of #sanukiudon, #kagawa pref. I had some good #ramen@ramen kobo ryoka the other day. It is hard to find #ramenshops in this prefecture where udon shops go over 840 in number, especially good ones. This shop is one of the good ones (but they are originally from the neighboring pref., #ehime). Their #ramensoup is primarily based on chicken. 1. Tori #shioramen with #sudachi, which is type of citrus that's grown in #tokushima pref. It has some bitter taste to it. You need to take out the slices of #sudachi after a while. Otherwise, they give too much flavor of it, which may be unpleasant to some people 2. Shio #tsukemen, dipping noodle dish with light chicken soup and flat noodle, which is good as it takes shorter amount time for cooking. You can make noodle a large volume for free of charge 3. tori #paitan ramen - creamy, rich soup with your choice of thin or medium-sized noodles. diced onions give out refreshing flavor and different texture that makes it fun. All of their #ramennoodles are made in house. You can find their shops across the island of #shikoku. When visiting this island, you should try them.
