I forgot to post my dinner last night! Bit it wasn't overly on plan... it was my sister in laws birthday so we had a Turkish Take out. I had chicken, rice, about 10 chips, a piece of bread and a slice of cake afterwards. I'm counting yesterday as 20 syns (not totally accurate but that's my estimate)
Another early start today 👍 So a nice cuppa tea to start the morning 🍵. 😢 GUTTED +3.5 last night.. Not sure 🤔 why, no rhyme or reason and I’m absolutely gutted but today is a new day, looking forward ➡️➡️➡️ moving on.. Here’s to another 7 days 100% and see what happens.. ⚖️ #WeighDay ⚖️

Well I knew it would be a gain, at least it’s a small and manageable one though.
I’ve been really bad this week, with only 2 days out of 7 on plan, so I deserve more of a gain than this but I’m taking it and getting straight back on it. •
So my current weight is 65.9kg, which converts to 145.2lbs (10 stone 5.2lbs) - ready to get that and more off this week!

Downside of wearing my Fitbit is that I now know how much sleep I get at night, and last night I had a grand total of 4.5hrs .. Chris has headed off to London for work meetings today so I was awake at 5 and then couldn’t get back to sleep so I’ve had an early breakfast of granola and banana and having a chill on the sofa before I get ready to head to PZ for some hair love! I’ve had a banging headache for 2 days now and nothing seems to make it go -I’ve drunk enough water to sink a ship, though maybe that’s the problem and my body is having a detox 😵 hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday whatever your day may bring. 2x cereal bars(hexb)
2x apples(s)

My 5 syn breakfast. White chocolate chip baked oats with maple syrup.
40g Oats (HEB)
1 tsp baking powder (0.5 syns)
1 tsp total sweet sweetener (0.5 syns)
1 TBSP skinny syrup maple pecan (free)
1 egg (p)
One pot of light and free strawberry yogurt (0.5 syns)
9g white chocolate chips (2.5 syns)
Mix all together then in the oven Gas mark 4 for 40mins.

‘In This Moment’ - today’s topic for @radicalbodylove ‘s #selfcareseptember photo a day challenge and I definitely enjoyed this one😊
This was yesterday afternoon when I decided to go to the awesome @coffeenumber1 at @thevalleyevesham to get some work done without the inevitable distractions caused by a 7-month-old Sprollie puppy 🐶 plus the food is awesome and the coffee is both ethical and delicious – I highly recommend the decaff vanilla latte😋
What I didn’t expect was to be distracted by the table of lovely ladies next to me whose conversation I couldn’t help but listen in on – they were talking loudly, and it was an interesting and inspiring chat – I’m not just a nosy eavesdropper👂
One of them had recently either split up with or had lost her husband – either way fairly recently she found herself alone for the first time in over 20 years – and understandably – she was finding it difficult😔
What I loved about this moment was the warmth, comfort, support, love and care that her coffee companions were pouring all over her💕
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉 ‘In This Moment’ was when I had a moment – a moment of gratitude – just like this lady sat near me – I too have a tribe of beautiful, inspirational and supportive warrior women surrounding me and I couldn’t be any luckier🤗
They put up with my craziness, they support and encourage me, they are there for me no matter what - every single day and for that I am grateful🙏
When women rally together and lift each other up – magic happens🙌
Who are your soul sisters? Take a moment now to appreciate them – and let them know how much they mean to you🌍
Right now – message them and say thank you for everything they do for you, ‘cause even though you never know what’s around the corner – you can guarantee that your tribe will be there for you – and that is precious, and they deserve a little gratitude – just for being them💯⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

••Wednesday•• 11.5k steps! 💪🏻 Tat and grub dinner date to celebrate a 10year friendiversary! 💕
• Breakfast - Muller light yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and a tbsp of sugar free goji granola (1syn).
• Lunch - Leftover Tuna mayo (1syn) pasta with sweetcorn, onion and cucumber. A banana and a muller light yogurt.
• Dinner - El Chapo! 💕 Veggie Chimmichanga (🤤😍) with salad, chips, a beer and 1/2 a garlic bread thing. It was delicious! #elchapo #elchapoplymouth

This is primarily the reason I love Slimming World. I have a huge appetite in the morning, so I love love love the many options. So today it's eggs, cauliflower, toast, a tsp of philadelpiha extra light and lean back bacon. Eggs and cauliflower's cooked with frylight of course.
