Sendo que a MUSCULAÇÃO parece a melhor opção, provocando MAIOR perda de gordura (- 7,8kg), além de ter praticamente mantida a massa muscular (- 800g).
Questão preocupante desse estudo foi que o exercício AERÓBIO provocou MAIOR perda muscular que SÓ DIETA (- 1,6kg vs - 1,0kg).

Soft 20lb PR today.. 445. I had 460 but the bar bullied me too much and I'm soft. I'll take this small W and figure out what I need to do for that 500 sometime in a month. Leg day - quad focused

Walking lunges
.
If youre trying to improve your squat, you should include lunges or split squats into your leg routine. These excercises help you learn stability and even out any imbalances in your legs by making one leg do most of the work.
These excercises also help put an emphasis on the vastus intermedius(which can be hard to target), which is in charge of keeping you balanced throughout these movements. .
Small tip: in this video, I was focusing on front leg in the lunge. On the way up from the lunge, I was leaning forward slightly to make sure all the weight was directly above my front leg, this helped put an emphasis on the front leg while also minimizing work on my back leg.
