What’s one thing that you turn to to be your best you? . . My foundation is the Lord but another thing that I will always come back to as a foundation is my health. . It’s something I have control over (for the most part). . It’s something that gives me strength, . Gives me focus, . Gives me energy, . Gives me confidence, . De-stresses me, . & is time for me. . . . When I get off track..... or feel off, those are the two things that bring me back, Jesus & fitness. . .
