This program is not sport specific, and it’s open to anyone. The goal: teach kids about fitness so they can grow up healthy.
Remember how phys. ed. was dreary because you had to learn how to score a bowling game? This is the opposite. We engage kids with fun activities while teaching them how to move properly. These skills can be applied to any sport. More importantly, kids who discover that fitness can be fun will stay healthy and happy.
