Just celebrated my belated birthday during #friendsgiving.
Thanks y’all for celebrating with me! 💕
We had a 6 course plant based diner with pairing wines.
1. Roasted beet salad with grapefruit and caramelized walnuts.
2. Spicy paprika soup with cilantro, cumin and coriander.
3. Stuffed grilled aubergine, steamed in Mediterranean herbs and mushroom bulgur.
4. Flat bread with black beans, sweet corn and tomato salsa.
5. Lemongrass rice noodles and fried plantain, with sweet peas in ginger and black pepper and garlic sauce.
6. Chocolate and port and leftover wine 🍷
