First picture was taken in the changing room, the year is 2016, right before making a big lifestyle change.⠀ ⠀ We all know that story. How trying on new clothes should be a fun experience, but sometimes you end up crying in the dressing room because what used to fit doesn’t anymore. Have you been there? Not fun.⠀ .⠀ Not long after that I decided to make a change. I took a chance and started a 30 day challenge to exercise every day, follow a simple eating plan, and to stay accountable to a coach and other women working towards similar goals. And I didn’t lose 30 lbs—not right away. ⠀ .⠀ After the first 30 days, I committed to the next 30 days. And I haven’t stopped since. It’s 2019 y’all and I’m feeling great! I obviously gained weight back during pregnancy, and 8 months post part I am down 20 lbs! I’m not to my goal weight, in fact I think I’ve plateaued some so I’m changing up my routine. But the point is I haven’t stopped.⠀ .⠀ I share this not to brag, but to show you how doable this is for YOU!
