Low bar squats are prob my least favorite aka a weakness, which means I have to overcome that weakness 😏 worked up to 290 x 5 which felt good but super uncomfortable. Hopefully over the coming weeks I’ll develop a better relationship with low bar squats 😑

Two things: Food is fuel, and abs are made in the kitchen.
You can lift all of the weights, and do all of the crunches in the world... But unless you get your diet, your goals, and values/priorities in check...you will probably not be getting the results that you really want.
In my programs I like to leave how you do your cardio to each person individually. As long as you have your heart pumping your good. Some people like treadmill, elliptical, dancing, boxing, etc. it’s up to you.
