Late breakfast cuz workout got me HANGRY today lol 😂 Macros: Calories 410 C36 P30 F17 Avocado egg toast, Swiss cheese, and ham. I want to be honest. Yesterday I had my first overly eating moment/binge since August. I ate and tried to control myself but I was just so hungry and kept eating and snacking. I went well over 3,000 calories quite possible 4,000 calories by end of night and I felt sick of myself. I woke up today knowing it is a new day and nee start and just pick myself up from my slide. I feel like my body is missing something therefore causing me to be hungry/binge. So today I am starting new macros numbers and adjusting to see if it will help! Goal is at 1600-1700 calories a day and still keeping 45% Carbs, but I flopped my protein and fat %. I am doing 25% protein 30%. That allows me 191gC, 106gP, and 57gF. Since I upped my calorie intake that means my 2 maintenance days will be a little more restricted where i can split 5750 calories for 2 higher calorie days. Let see how this works!
