Iv had an unsociable week everyone,I think sometimes I just need to take a step back from social media and just live a life without my face in my phone for a bit.that coupled with the fact that Iv had a weeks break from most things and iv not really had anything to post 😂 lol! You vs You
Viele wissen gar nicht worum es wirklich dabei geht oder warum ich es ins Leben gerufen habe.
Ich habe es ins Leben gerufen auf eigene Erfahrungen hin mit dem was wirklich ist,
jeden Tag werden uns Ideale gezeigt ob im Fernseh, Internet oder Zeitschriften.
Nirgends hängt ein Bild mehr mit einer Person mit der man sich identifizieren könnte. Alle scheinen unerreichbar und verliert somit den Glaube an sich selbst und lässt sich oft hängen.
Man hätte zwar gern die Figur oder würde gern so aussehen oder möchte in dieses bestimmte Kleid passen, aber gleichzeitig möchte man auch leben und genießen.
Doch laut der Schlank-Mach-Industrie ist sowas unmöglich.
Was totaler Quatsch ist. Woher ich das weiß, weil ich es selbst mache, ich lebe und bin zufrieden mit mir selbst. Wie das?
Man darf sich den Stress und die Mauern nicht aufbauen und selbst daran dann kaputt machen. Die Verbote die es gibt, gibt es in Wirklichkeit nicht. Wir sind es die uns etwas verbieten, wir sind es die uns den Druck machen und dabei uns selbst zerstören lassen von irgendwelchen bearbeiteten Bildern!
Bei meinem Programm geht es genau darum, das du lernst wieder dir zu gefallen und dich selbst zu lieben und du wirst sehen, dein Körper dankt es dir!
Mit einem von mir konzipierten Ernährungs- und Trainingsplan gibst du nicht nur dir und deinem Körper etwas zurück, sondern löst was aus was 3x stärker als jede „Diät“ im Leben ist - ein glückliches und zufriedenes Lächeln, wenn du in den Spiegel schaust.

14/84 #NoFallingOffChallenge One of the things I love most about @prestofitness ‘s App is that it effectively tracks your workouts. I have never been one to keep track of my weight/rep progression and have always generally stuck around the same numbers. But this app allows me to see what I did last week in comparison to this week in conjunction with letting you know when you’ve beat your PR from the last workout. This used to not matter to me, but that was mostly because I didn’t have an efficient app like this to plug the numbers into. So, its helped me gain a new perspective as well as an ego boost since I can easily see my numbers now and feel good about my workout in a new way. It really is YOUvsYOU ! .
