I worked out on an empty stomach today but after I had a green smoothie. People ask me how do I keep from being hungry? Honestly you can be a vegan and still eat bad. When you eat your body is looking for NUTRIENTS! If you give your body nutrients you will satisfied so get a green smoothie in the morning or have a juice before you eat later in the day. I guarantee you will eat less. This is why you can over eat on pizza but not on oranges. You can scarf a burger and fries down but can’t eat more than two or 3 bananas. Because your body has gotten nutrients and it’s done it doesn’t need anymore. #veganPussy

After travelling so much in a few days (from 🇦🇪 to 🇩🇰 to 🇫🇷 ) with no time (👉🏽 motivation) to train and more food than I should have eaten, this is the kind of workouts I like to do to get a good sweat 💦 which always gives me energy when I’m feeling lazy & sluggish 😖

Курица с рисом и овощами по-каталонски.
Обожаю готовить курицу с рисом по этому рецепту. Аромат во время приготовления стоит просто неописуемый… А вкус... Ммм… Пальчики оближешь! А еще блюдо получается очень жизнерадостным и ярким. Приготовьте такую курочку с рисом и овощами, и Вы не пожалеете!
Для приготовления курицы с рисом и овощами по-каталонски понадобится:
куриные голени - 4 шт. (можно бёдра, грудку); лук репчатый – 1 шт.; морковь – 1 шт.; перец болгарский – 1 шт.; помидор - 1 шт.; зеленый горошек – 1 баночка;
кукуруза - 1 баночка;
чеснок – 2 зубчика;
рис – 1 стакан;
вода/бульон – 1,5-2 стакана;
соль, специи – по вкусу;
растительное масло для жарки.
Необходимые продукты для приготовления курицы с рисом и овощами по-каталонски.
Курицу разморозить, натереть солью со специями.
На сковороде разогреть растительное масло и обжарить в нем куриные голени до золотистой корочки, затем переложить на тарелку и оставить на некоторое время.
Лук мелко порезать, морковь натереть на терке.
Перец нарезать кубиками.
Помидор нарезать мелкими кусочками.
Чеснок пропустить через пресс или мелко порезать.
На том же масле, в котором жарилась курица, обжарить лук до прозрачности и морковку. Затем добавить перец и помидорку, чеснок. Все овощи потушить минут 5.
Далее влить воду или бульон к овощам, а затем всыпать рис. Всё хорошенько перемешать, посолить. Довести до кипения. Тушить на среднем огне минут 25-30 (ориентироваться на готовность риса). С горошка и кукурузы слить воду, а минут за 7 до готовности добавить к рису и другим овощам. Периодически помешивать, чтобы рис не пригорел. По необходимости доливать жидкость. Проверить, достаточно ли соли.
В конце положить курицу поверх риса и овощей, всё накрыть крышкой и томить на медленном огне еще минут 10.
Получается очень красивое, ароматное и сытное блюдо.
