(2 warmup sets)
5 working sets of 12,10,8,6,4
Increasing weight each set followed by a triple drop set
2๏ธโƒฃ-Incline smith machine press.
4 working sets of 8-12reps
Followed by triple drops set.
3๏ธโƒฃ-incline dumbbell flys
4 working sets of 8-12 reps (4 sec negative,STRETCH,SQUEEZE)

4๏ธโƒฃ-Superset with incline body weight presses to failure between sets (Switching hand placement from close to wide)
5๏ธโƒฃ-Bodyweight dips
4 sets to failure
Leaning body forward to emphasize the chest more rather than just your triceps.
6๏ธโƒฃ-High to low cable flys 4-5 sets to failure
Focusing on the outer portion of your chest. โ€ผ๏ธTIPโ€ผ๏ธ: If your struggling on building muscle, drop the weight , focus on your form and work up from there. Moving weight incorrectly can only do so much if your trying to put on mass, get stronger or get shredded & puts you at a higher risk for injury. Call me the odd one out, but I rarely listen to music in the gym. Honestly unless I'm doing cardio I'd rather take in all the noises and distractions around me... weird right? Well to me it's helped make friends and assist others looking for advice simply because I seem more approachable. I'd rather risk getting "out of the zone" for a few minutes helping someone out or meeting someone new than have people think that approaching me will be an inconvenience to my lift.

Today I was warming up my hips a little before my leg day and after I finished an older lady approached me and asked for some advice on loosening up. We had a quick discussion and I showed her a simple hip flexibility exercise using a resistance band and she absolutely loved it! She also mentioned that she used to run track and missed having the strength and flexibility in her hips and that the exercise I was doing seemed like it could really help.

Would she have approached me if I had in headphones? Maybe, but I like to think people feel more comfortable talking to someone who already seems open. I can get in and out of the zone without needing to blast music in my head with $165 Airpods or $265 Beats. Again, I'm different, and more of a social lifter, but I'm definitely happier and able to change more lives this way... even the lives of 60 year old women. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿพ

I woke up this morning w/ the desire to DESTROY my legs so I decided I needed more structure in todayโ€™s workout so I did one of @danimunozfit guides & holy shit Iโ€™m D E D. Iโ€™m talking Iโ€™ve NEVER sweat this much IN MY LIFE, maybe it was the wrong day to wear my grey leggings ๐Ÿ˜… (swipe to see the vid)

Lately Iโ€™ve had NO motivation for the gym (hence my @ home workout vids) & honestly I need way more structure & not as much lenience when working out. So Iโ€™m going to start waking up early for the gym

As a performer I spent a lot of time in heels this weekend. By the end of night 3 I was definitely feeling it in my knees and calves. So 3 things I took the time to do for myself today included an Epsom Salt bath, a good foam roll release of my legs, and a nice stretch session to address the rectus femoris, quads, hamstrings, calves, and IT bands. This stretch in particular targets that #rectusfemoris and #quad tightness. Just make sure youโ€™ve properly warmed up and donโ€™t put pressure on your kneecaps. I used a thick yoga mat and sometimes even a yoga block or kettle bell for balance if necessary. ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ. . . . .
