STRETCHING!!
Honestly, everyone knows how important it is. But we can all say we forget and/or neglect to do it. It’s “normal!” What if I told you how great it was? Would you do it more?
1. Increase flexibility and joint range of motion.
2. Increase circulation: more blood to your muscles. This can help decrease recovery time.
3. Better Posture
4. Stress Relief in body and mind.
5. Enhanced coordination because of a better range of motion.
Stretching helps increase the little things. The things that help you get to the gym faster. Help you gain muscle. Help you decrease stress and clear your mind.
I challenge you to stretch 5 minutes a day! That’s it. Just five minutes. -Pigeon Pose (1 min each side)
-Downward Dog to Cobra (30 sec. 2x)
- Seated Hamstring Stretch (30 sec. each side)
-Split Lunge Stretch (30sec. Each side)
You’ll start noticing changes in less than a week.

There’s not enough hours in the day! Anyone else know how I feel?

I’m constantly going. Either at work, the gym, editing videos, making training plans, researching, meal prepping, or making business phone calls. Add on top of that the 18 credits I have coming for college, my internship, and bikini prep.
How do I do it all?
1. No excuses.
I use to make all the excuses in the world. But now, I just do it. No excuses.
2. Plan out your day.
I limit myself to 2 hours at the gym. (That’s so hard!)
Wake up and get going. Have purpose to your day!
3. Make a list of everything that needs to get done. Put a date and make time to do it.
4. Get. A. Routine.
Be consistent, and getting everything done will feel like a breeze.
It’s not easy, but you can do it! Time to kick 2019 in the butt!

It’s 80% kitchen, 20% gym
2. Put in the work. The gym is where you get swole.
3. Be consistent.
