It has been a while since my last #workout post!
Well, this is my situation and routine since a year:
💛 #Bouldering (rock climbing without rope in a gym) 1 day/week for >2h
💚 Intense #homeworkout 2-4 days/week for 30min
💙 5min #plank almost every morning before breakfast
💜 Of course there are periods where I've to skip everything for weeks because I'm too busy or super productive periods.
❤ Compared to 1 year ago I'm more strong in everything, and also my body shape is changed a bit (quads, arms, shoulders in particular) #girlswithabs#fitnessmotivation
