This is an extract from an arms workout I had with @flexatronrhoden a few months before he went on to win @mrolympiallc last year 🏆 🙌🏾
The message we were trying to put across was for those who are new to lifting, who may be dazzled with the plethora of exercises they see online. As much as fitness professionals attempt to reinvent the wheel, the basics should never be overlooked or omitted by a beginner.
There are of course so many ways to target the 13 muscle groups, but as a beginner we are cautioning you to start with the basics and build a solid foundation first.
So before you attempt to squat on a stability ball, with a barbell on your back, balancing a medicine ball on your head, think 🤔 ‘Should I just work on my regular squat? 🤷♂️
