I have a love hate relationship with squatting, haha!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although whenever the ques come together, there's something awesome about those sessions that make me proud that I hit them all correctly.
Hitting these ques, will definitely improve your squat and you'll feel the difference in the muscle contractions as well. You may have to lower the weight in order to accomplish what I have diagram here but why not master the technique than go all bull in the china shop at the exercise?
Whether you are a low bar or a high bar squatter the q's are pretty much the same and for the most part some of the ranges of motion may take some mobilizing work if you are able to get where I've instructed here.
Hit these q's and you will be preforming safe, optimal and maximizing muscle growth on this amazingly powerful compound movement. Now strap on your squatting shoes and lets go to work
